We provide free quotes to customers within 50 kms of our shop (Craighurst, Ontario). If the site is further than 50 kms, there will be a travel fee deducted from the total cost of the job.
We do travel throughout Ontario, and most quotes are provided by an onsite assessment of the job. During this assessment and consultation, we're able to provide a better understanding of the steps to restoring the wood, the appropriate products to use and the maintenance involved in preserving your log home. If the job site is out of range, we may require to do the consult over telephone, email or video conference.
Once the consultation is completed, a written quote confirming project details and pricing will be emailed to you. A signed copy as well as 30% of the total cost is required on start date. The total balance will be required for payment when the job is completed.
